The Playroom Experiment is opening the game space beyond our regular Saturday sessions. Through our Independent Access Program, approved families of children with special needs will receive a unique keycode to access the space at their convenience.
 

This is a pilot program, limited to 5 families. To participate, you'll need to read and sign the Independent Access Agreement below.
 

How to Submit Your Signed Agreement

Download the form using the button below, then return your completed and signed agreement using either option:
 

1. Drop it off at the main office of the Flight Exec Centre in Dorchester during regular business hours.

2. Bring it with you to any scheduled Sensory-Friendly Session
   (Saturdays, 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.) and hand it directly to a session representative.
    

Once we receive your signed agreement, Mike will contact you with your keycode and a link to the shared calendar.
